At Maiden Home, I began as a Product Development Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate Product Developer within nine months, reflecting my contributions to product innovation, technical development, and process refinement within a high-growth luxury furniture environment.

My work centers on guiding furniture pieces from initial concept through production and launch, with experience spanning upholstery, dining, bedroom, and storage categories. Working at the intersection of design and manufacturing, I translate creative vision into production ready solutions through prototype evaluation, technical drawing review, material and construction feedback, and close collaboration with artisan and manufacturing partners.

Alongside product execution, I have helped shape scalable development processes and documentation systems that support a growing assortment, while maintaining Maiden Home’s commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, material integrity, and elevated design standards.

During this time, I built advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and developed a strong working knowledge of SolidWorks.




     
                           The Nicola Sectional



Following the initial development and launch of the Nicola Sofa, I continued to build on the collection with the introduction of the Nicola Sectional. From there, my work expanded across a growing range of products, including the Separa Chair, Trivena, Petra Bed, Maxime Bed, and the Celine Sofa, along with several additional pieces currently in development.

In parallel with new product development, I have driven the elevation of existing products through quality enhancements and countersourcing strategies, contributing meaningfully to overall product performance and continued success.




My involvement extended across the entire product lifecycle, from early development through launch and beyond. I ensured each piece was not only executed to the highest standard pre-launch, but also continuously refined post-launch when needed. With a deeply considered approach to each product, I developed a forward-looking mindset; anticipating challenges several steps ahead to minimize friction and support long-term success in the customer’s home.Products under my purview :
