Experimenting with laser cutting metal in different shapes
As a shop technician, it’s essential to have a thorough understanding of the machinery and materials in use. Recognizing that some users may lack full training, Park took on the responsibility of ensuring smooth operations and overseeing safety in the shop. This role also included educating users when necessary. During the slower days, she dedicated time to her personal projects, experimenting with various machines and techniques to enhance her skills.

Intrigued by both MIG and TIG welding, Park experimented with TIG welding stainless steel to explore its precision and control

Drawn to the contrast between ferrous and non-ferrous metals, Park experimented with intricate pieces too, using brass and copper

Carrying the experience of a shop technician, Park was able to attain an internship position at Douglas Fanning
